Teams

Define teams in Zitcha to scope which resources users can access and what roles they hold within them.

Teams in Zitcha define the scope of a user’s access. A user must belong to a team and have a role assigned within that team to access resources. Teams let you control exactly which resources users can see and act on.

Team Scopes

A team’s scope defines which resources its users can access. There are five scope methods:

  • Organisations – Linked organisations you advertise with.
    • As a network: linked advertisers.
    • As an advertiser: linked networks.
  • Product Sets – As defined in your product feed.
  • Orders – Specific order names within your organisation.
  • Plans – Specific plan names within your organisation.
  • Wallets – Specific wallet names within your organisation.

How to check a team’s scope:

  1. Go to Settings > Organisation > Teams.
  2. Click the view icon next to the team.
  3. Review the associated scope criteria.

Team Components

Each team has the following parts:

  • Name – The human-readable title of the team, used in user configuration.
  • Scope Method – The method chosen to define access (organisations, product sets, orders, plans, or wallets).
  • Scope Criteria – The items chosen for the selected scope method.
  • Users – A list of users in the team.
  • Roles – The roles assigned to each user within the team.
