Notification Preferences

This article explains Zitcha's Notifications Preference Centre, including current capabilities, supported alert types, user configuration options, and what to expect in future updates.

Overview

The Notifications Preference Centre informs users about important, time-sensitive actions across the platform. Notifications are available in both Planning and Orders (Zitcha 1.0) workflows, and users can choose when and how they want to be notified.

The notification system helps:

  • Streamline approval workflows
  • Reduce manual follow-ups
  • Keep users informed of key actions across campaign planning and order execution

Export Notifications (System-Level)

Export notifications are automatic and cannot be turned off.

These appear when users export items such as Plan Details or Ad Set Information.

Users who initiate an export receive:

  • A confirmation that the export has started
  • In-app notifications (if enabled organisation-wide) when the export:
    • starts
    • completes
    • fails
  • An email notification containing:
    • a CSV download link, or
    • an error message if the export fails

These notifications ensure users can reliably track export progress and retrieve files.
