What happens next

  • The network reviews your booking and creative assets
  • You’ll receive confirmation once the booking is approved
  • Creative assets are validated and approved or rejected by the network
  • Approved campaigns are scheduled for playback via Broadsign during your booked period

Troubleshooting

  • Creative upload rejected: Check that your asset dimensions and formats match the screen requirements set by the network.
  • Dates unavailable: Inventory may already be booked. Try adjusting your date range or selecting different locations.
  • Need to change dates or cancel: Approved bookings cannot be edited or cancelled directly. Contact the network to request changes.
  • Creative changes for live campaigns: You can request a creative replacement, which must be approved by the network.
