Before you start
- You have an active advertiser account in Zitcha
- Your retail network supports in-store DOOH via Broadsign
- You have creative assets that meet the required screen specifications (or your network allows upload later)
- You know your preferred campaign dates and locations
Steps
What happens next
- The network reviews your booking and creative assets
- You’ll receive confirmation once the booking is approved
- Creative assets are validated and approved or rejected by the network
- Approved campaigns are scheduled for playback via Broadsign during your booked period
Troubleshooting
- Creative upload rejected: Check that your asset dimensions and formats match the screen requirements set by the network.
- Dates unavailable: Inventory may already be booked. Try adjusting your date range or selecting different locations.
- Need to change dates or cancel: Approved bookings cannot be edited or cancelled directly. Contact the network to request changes.
- Creative changes for live campaigns: You can request a creative replacement, which must be approved by the network.
