In-Store Advertising (Broadsign Integration)

Manage and book in-store screen campaigns via Zitcha, with creative delivered through Broadsign’s digital signage network.

Zitcha’s integration with Broadsign connects your in-store digital screens to the same planning, booking, and reporting workflows used across your retail media network.

Campaigns are configured and approved in Zitcha, while delivery and playback are handled through Broadsign’s network infrastructure. This creates a seamless connection between planning and in-store execution — no duplicate systems, no manual steps.

How It Works in Zitcha

Retailers use Zitcha to manage all campaign details, inventory availability, and creative approvals. Once confirmed, these details automatically sync with Broadsign for screen delivery and reporting.

This integration ensures a single, central source of truth for all in-store advertising, alongside onsite and offsite channels.

Booking Duration and Availability

Booking Windows

  • In-store screens are booked in fixed 7-day blocks
  • Example: Wednesday → following Tuesday
  • Booking windows are defined and managed by the retailer

Screen Availability

  • Availability is displayed in a calendar-based view
  • Advertisers can select one or more consecutive weeks
  • Bookings apply to the entire in-store network (individual screen selection is not supported)

Booking with or without Creative Assets

  • Campaigns can be booked with or without creative assets
  • Creative can be uploaded later, but must be approved before the campaign start date
  • Retailers are notified when new assets are added or updated
  • Final approval is always required before playback begins

Approval Scenarios

Booking TypeApproval Steps
With CreativeSingle approval (booking and creative together)
Without CreativeTwo-step approval (booking first, then creative upload)

Retailers maintain full control of approval before any campaign goes live.

Creative Assets and Rotation

Advertisers can upload up to three creatives per booking.
All creatives rotate automatically across the display loop — for example:
1st loop → Creative A
2nd loop → Creative B
3rd loop → Creative C, then repeat.

Playback sequencing and loop timing are handled entirely by Broadsign, ensuring consistent delivery across all screens.

Creative Specifications

Zitcha automatically validates all uploads and rejects files that don’t meet format or dimension requirements.

Targeting and Coverage

All in-store bookings apply to the entire screen network.
Audience segmentation, regional targeting, or store-specific delivery are not currently supported in this integration.

This ensures complete network-wide visibility and utilisation of available digital inventory.

Reporting and Insights

  • Campaign and playback data are captured through Broadsign
  • Proof-of-play and delivery reports may be available from the retailer
  • Future releases will enable full in-store performance reporting within Zitcha

All campaign details remain visible in the Zitcha platform for review and reconciliation.
