Brand Stores

Brand Stores provide an efficient and cost-effective method for brands to create their own storefronts on a retailer's website.

This feature allows for fully customisable mixed-media pages to be easily created, approved, and measured via Zitcha.

Overview

Brand Stores give suppliers and brands the flexibility to build engaging experiences on a retailer’s site without needing deep technical involvement.
Retailers maintain control through configurable workflows, approvals, and scheduling, while brands manage their own creative assets and product presentation.

Brand Store Workflow

The Brand Store lifecycle follows four key stages:

  1. Create Pages – Build out pages within the store and structure navigation.
  2. Add Content – Upload creative assets, videos, and products to populate each page.
  3. Request Approval – Submit the store for retailer review and approval.
  4. Track Metrics – Once live, view impressions, clicks, conversions, and video performance.

Managing Brand Stores in Zitcha

Access Brand Stores

From your Zitcha dashboard, select Brand Stores from the left-hand menu.

Dashboard Navigation

The dashboard lists all supplier Brand Stores.
You can:

  • Filter by status (new, draft, approved, live)
  • Filter by supplier
  • Search by keyword

Each store consists of multiple pages. Pages include content blocks (images, videos, or product grids).
To begin editing, click View Store under the Actions column.

Creating a New Brand Store

  1. Click + Create New Brand Store from the menu.
  2. Select the Supplier the store is intended for.
  3. Provide a Name and Base URL (this must be whitelisted in your website configuration).
  4. Select the Daily Store Cost, which determines the supplier’s charge for running the page.
  5. Schedule Live Dates — the total cost is automatically calculated and invoiced upfront upon approval.
  6. Choose a Wallet for payment.
  7. Click Create Store to finalise and grant suppliers access to add content.
