Basic Information

Set up your network’s core details, including branding, business hours, pacing, integrations, and reporting.

The Organisation Settings page is where you define the core information for your Retail Media Network in Zitcha. These settings shape how your network operates day to day, from branding and business rules to ad delivery and reporting.

Each section includes options you can configure to make sure orders, ads, and reports reflect your network’s preferences.

General Settings

Logo

Upload your organisation’s logo.

  • This logo appears when advertisers or suppliers select your organisation to place an order.
  • Tip: Choose a clear, high-resolution version of your logo so it looks professional across the platform.

Business Hours

Set your network’s business hours.

  • These hours determine when an order can start on the same day.
  • For example, if your business hours are 9am–5pm, an advertiser cannot schedule a same-day order to start at 8am.

Minimum Review Time

Define how much advance notice you need before an ad can go live.

  • When someone places an order to start on the same day, the start time must be at least this many hours away from the current time.
  • Example: If you set 3 hours, and it’s 10am, the earliest an ad can start is 1pm.

Timezone

Choose the timezone your network operates in.

  • This ensures orders, pacing, and reports align correctly with your local time.

Max Spend Pacing Difference (2–20%)

Set the allowed pacing difference for ads.

  • If an ad’s spend is pacing outside the threshold you set, the network will automatically receive an email notification.
  • Example: If you set 10%, you’ll be notified if an ad is spending more than 10% ahead or behind schedule.

Currency

Select your network’s currency.

  • All spend, pacing, and reports will use this currency.

Extension Channel Settings

These settings are required if you want to run ads through Facebook.

Facebook Page ID

Enter your network’s Facebook Page ID.

  • This is used for Facebook ad delivery.

Facebook Pixel

Add your Facebook Pixel.

  • Also required for Facebook ad delivery.
  • Helps track performance of your Facebook ads.

Conversion Attribution (Web Ads)

These options control how conversions are tracked for onsite ads with client-side integration.

Enable Conversion Attribution for Web Ads

Toggle this setting to track conversions from onsite ads.

Conversion Attribution Window Size (1–7 days)

Set how many days after a click a conversion should be counted.

  • Options: 1–7 days.
  • Example: If you choose 3 days, conversions that happen within 3 days of the ad click will be attributed to that ad.

Ad Click Tracking

Choose how clicks are counted:

  • All clicks – count every click.
  • Last click only – only the most recent click before a conversion is counted.

Reporting

Extract Orders Report

Download a full report of orders from your network.

  • Useful for auditing, reconciliation, or performance reviews.
