How to navigate your Homepage
Your Zitcha Homepage is broken down into two key areas for you to easily manage your collaborative marketing activity in one space - the Menu bar and the Dashboard.
Menu Bar
Based on the features made available to you in Zitcha, you might see some of the following options in your menu.
- Add - used to create new orders or plans
- Dashboard - used to take the user back to the Dashboard.
- Orders - used to navigate to the Orders page, where you can view and manage all of your orders
- Plans & Ad Sets - used to view and manage Plans and Ad Sets
- Inventory - used to view the utilisation of your owned channel assets or booking overview
- Brand Stores - used to manage your Brand Store pages
- Wallets - used to view a history of your transactions
The bottom-left navigation buttons include:
- Settings - used to navigate to your Zitcha Settings.
These will differ depending on whether you are a Retailer or Supplier and your access level.- Organisation Settings - update your organisation details such as logo, business hours, timezone, users, teams, roles and network branding
- Suppliers - as a Retailer use this to access a list of your Suppliers and the permissions/settings applied globally or individually to each Supplier
- Invite User - Invite users to join your organisations Zitcha portal
- Invite Supplier - Invite a new Supplier to setup a Zitcha account with your network
Dashboard
The Dashboard allows you to easily access a snapshot of all of your marketing activity in one simple view.
The dashboard is divided into two main sections:
Performance Overview
The Performance Overview section provides a holistic view of all of your Supplier orders and their performance metrics. This is collated data that includes your entire Supplier network. For individual order performance metrics, navigate to the Orders section from the left-hand Menu bar.
Orders
The Orders section provides an overview of any new order that has been submitted for review.
A new order will require action from the Retailer to edit, reject, or approve the order to go live.
Clicking on All Orders will take you to the order list page.
