Manage Broadsign In-store Screens Campaigns

Easily manage Broadsign in-store screen campaigns on the Zitcha platform. Our seamless integration with Broadsign sends booking information and creative assets from Zitcha to Broadsign, ready to be displayed on the in-store screen network.

Here’s a summary of the in-store screen ad functionality offered in our platform:

Booking duration

In store screens are able to be booked in week long blocks (7 days), starting on Wednesday and ending on a Tuesday.

Screen availability

Screen availability is shown in a calendar view and highlights availability per week (Wed-Tue). You can select one or multiple weeks to add to your order.

Booking without creative assets

Screen bookings can be made in advance, with or without creative assets (to be uploaded at a later date). Creative assets must be uploaded and approved by the retailer before the campaign start date so the ad can be delivered to the screens.

Retailer approval on creative assets

All bookings require approval by the retailer (to schedule the in store screen ads), then an additional approval if creative assets are uploaded later. If a brand includes creative assets at the time of booking, then the booking and assets are approved together in the one action.

Creative assets

Brands can upload up to 3 different creative assets per booking (these assets will rotate through the screen playing loop). The screen specifications are listed below.

For landscape screens:

  • Video
    • Aspect ratio: 16:9
    • Resolution: 1920 x 1080 pixels minimum
    • Accepted file extensions: mp4, mpeg4, mov
    • Max File Size: 512 Mb
    • 15 sec Duration
  • Image (if the screen type supports static images)
    • .png or .jpeg

For portrait screens:

  • Video:
    • Aspect ratio: 9:16
    • Resolution: 2160 x 3840 pixels minimum
    • Accepted file extensions: mp4, mpeg4, mov
    • Max File Size: 512 Mb
    • 6 sec Duration
  • Image (if supported)
    • .png or .jpeg

Targeting

Bookings are made across the entire in store screen network eg. the assets will play on all screens, in all stores for the duration of the booking.

Reporting

Optional proof of play (PoP) reporting is available via an integration with Seedooh. Speak to your retailer or Zitcha contact if you’re interested in PoP reporting.

The retailer has the ability to configure the below functionality:

Purchasing options

Retailers can offer the following options when purchasing in store screens ads:

  • Portrait screens only
  • Landscape screens only
  • Both portrait and landscape (as a bundle)

Pricing

A weekly cost can be set for each screen type (portrait and landscape) or grouped together as a bundle. This allows for weekly custom pricing for campaign periods and high/low demand periods.
