Getting Started with Brand Stores - Dashboard Overview

0 min read • Last updated 3 May 2024

Brand Stores provide an efficient and cost-effective method for Brands to create their own store-fronts on a Retailer's website. The feature allows for fully customisable mix-media pages to be easily created, approved and measured via Zitcha.

To manage your brand stores on Zitcha, follow these steps:

  1. Access Brand Stores: Select "Brand Stores" from the left-hand side menu.
  2. Navigate Dashboard: In the dashboard, you'll see a list of all your suppliers' brand stores. You can sort them by filtering by status (new, draft, approved, and live). Additionally, you can filter by supplier or enter a keyword in the search bar to find specific stores.
  3. Understand Brand Stores: Each brand store consists of pages, and there can be multiple pages within a store. Pages contain content blocks with images, products, and video.
  4. View Store: To begin creating pages and content for a specific store, click on "View Store" under the ‘Actions’ column for that store.
  5. Set Up Pages: Detailed instructions for setting up a page can be found here.

Please note that Brand Stores is an additional feature on Zitcha. If your instance does not currently show the Brand Stores option from the left-hand menu, reach out to your Customer Success representative about adding Brand Stores to your Retail Media offering.
