To create a wallet for a supplier in Zitcha, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Zitcha Dashboard.
2. Click on Settings in the Menu bar and select Supplier Settings.
3. Select the My Suppliers Tab.
4. Choose the supplier you want to create the wallet for from the list.
5. Select the Wallets tab and click on Add New Wallet.
6. Fill in the wallet details:
   • Name: Give the wallet a name.
   • Initial Balance: Set the starting balance.
   • Minimum Balance: Define the lowest value that the wallet can have at any one time.
   • Start/End Date: Specify if the budget has to be used within a certain timeframe.
   • Additional Info: Add a note for your supplier to see when using their wallet.
   • Allow Overdraw: Enable this if suppliers can continue to use their wallet if the order exceeds their balance.
7. Select Create.
8. The new Wallet will now appear in your Supplier Settings and will be available for the chosen Supplier to use until the expiry date if applicable.

To use a Wallet as a Supplier on Zitcha, follow these steps:

1. Click the Add menu button and select Order.
2. Select a Retailer to place an order with.
3. Enter the Order name and save.
4. Navigate to the top right corner of the screen and click the Selection required dropdown next to Wallet.
5. Click the checkbox next to the Wallet you want to use for the campaign and click Select to add it.
6. Proceed through creating your order as usual. Wallets are set by your Retailer, so if you would like to add a wallet, contact your Retailer.

To view your Wallet spend:

1. In the menu on the left-hand side, select the Wallet icon.
2. On this screen, you can view all of your Wallets, the available balance, net position, and transaction history. A red wallet icon means the wallet is inactive, while green indicates it is active.
3. To view your transaction history, click the three dots and select View Transactions. Within this screen, you can also export the Wallet history as a CSV.
