After creating pages and content in your brand store, it's essential to save your progress. Once you've done that, you'll notice a "Request Approval" button in the top right-hand corner. Here's what you need to do next:

: Clicking the "Request Approval" button will first ensure that all necessary fields have been completed. Any missing content will be highlighted for your attention.

: At this stage, you have the option to provide comments to the supplier in a free-form text box. You can include up to 1000 characters of feedback or additional information. Note that providing comments is optional.

: If no additional comments are required, simply click "Request Approval." This action will send a notification to the supplier, prompting them to review your brand store.

: The supplier will receive the notification and review the brand store you've created. As the retailer, you'll need to await their response. They may either approve the store as is or provide feedback for revisions.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your brand store is thoroughly reviewed and ready for launch, providing a seamless experience for both you and your supplier.

Getting started as a Retailer on Zitcha

You will require Admin User access to carry out this action. 

Admin Access Required

Follow the steps below to invite a Supplier to create an account in Zitcha:

in the bottom-left hand section of the menu bar.

Type in the first name, last name, job title, email address and the name of the new Supplier account.  

This will create a new Supplier organisation linked to your Retailer account. 

Inviting a user to an existing Supplier account is done separately by an Admin user of the Supplier account. 

4. The new Supplier will receive an email inviting them to join Zitcha via a link in their invite email, which will navigate them directly to Zitcha to create their account and log in.

As a Retailer, you'll need to send an invite to each Supplier to create a Zitcha account. This will create a Supplier organisation linked with your Retailer Zitcha account, and enable them to submit orders directly to you for approval.
