Inviting a Supplier

As a Retailer, you'll need to send an invite to each Supplier to create a Zitcha account. This will create a Supplier organisation linked with your Retailer Zitcha account, and enable them to submit orders directly to you for approval.
Admin Access RequiredYou will require Admin User access to carry out this action.
Follow the steps below to invite a Supplier to create an account in Zitcha:
- Click New in the Menu bar, and select Supplier.
- Type in the first name, last name, job title, email address and the name of the new Supplier account.
This will create a new Supplier organisation linked to your Retailer account.
Inviting a user to an existing Supplier account is done separately by an Admin user of the Supplier account.
3. Click Send Invite.
4. The new Supplier will receive an email inviting them to join Zitcha via a link in their invite email, which will navigate them directly to Zitcha to create their account and log in.
