How do I approve or provide feedback on a Brand Store?

As a Retailer, you have final say on wether a Brand Store will publish on the scheduled dates.


To approve or provide feedback on a new brand store, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Brand Store: Return to the Brand Store via the main menu and select "View Store."
  2. Select Action: On the drop-down menu next to "Edit," choose whether you want to provide feedback or approve the brand store.
  3. Provide Feedback: If you choose to provide feedback, you'll be prompted to enter text in an open text box. You have up to 1000 characters to convey your feedback. Once you're done, click "Provide Feedback," and the brand will be notified via email of the required changes.
  4. Approve: If you decide to approve the brand store, simply click "Approve." You'll be informed of the total store cost and which wallet has been selected for payment. Verify this information, and if everything is correct, click "Approve" to finalize. If you need to make further edits, you can click "Cancel."
  5. Confirmation and Go Live: Once approved, the store will go live automatically on the scheduled dates.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage the approval process for brand stores, ensuring that they meet your requirements and are ready for launch.
